Get Review Requests with SellerApp's Amazon Review Request Tool
SellerApp's Amazon Review Request tool allows you to request Amazon feedback from your customers on a single click. There is no limit on how many orders can you request feedback on. The tool also allows you to request Amazon feedback from more than your customers. All you need to do is provide your product link and the marketplace you choose.
How do you request for customer feedback?
Once you are signed in to your SellerApp account, you will be presented with a list of orders that have been delivered in the past 4-30 days. You can select the orders that you want to request for customer feedback. After you select all the orders, you will be presented with a list of your buyers.
To select the buyers, you need to click on "Find My Buyer" link. You will be presented with the buyer's name and the order ID. You need to click "Yes" button to request feedback.
After selecting the buyers, you will be given an option to choose the order in which you want to request feedback. Select the "Product Reviews" tab and you will be given the option to select the orders. You will be presented with the buyers' names, the order ID, and the price of the product. You can also add tags if you want to further categorize the orders.
